OutreachUpcoming Workshops 20078 October-- Women, Religion and Society Around the WorldThe 5 UCIS centers (CLAS, EUC, Global Studies, REES, ASC along with the PA Ethnic Heritage Society) are invited to submit a proposal by the Allegheny Intermediate Unit (AIU) to hold a Teacher Training Workshop, for their annual “County-wide Professional Development Day” for K-12 Teachers. There will be workshops running all day long on Monday October 8 2007 (8am-3pm) on a variety of topics. The workshops will maintain a certain format, for the teachers will need to explain when they fill their ACT 48 credit form how they will use the material they have learned in the classroom.
