REES offers a wide variety of informational resources on our region, including an extensive library and film collection and one of the most prominent Internet sites about the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, plus a number of additional publications.
REES also offers two newsletters (REES News, which is aimed at students, faculty and the general community, and Teachers of Russian and East European Studies, which is intended for K-12 and college-level educators). Other publications associated with REES include: selected publications by REES faculty members, the Carl Beck Papers in Russian and East European Studies, the Thaw Cinema CD-Rom, and the Russian and East European Studies Series of the University of Pittsburgh Press.
