Information you provide to the University will never be sold or traded to other educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, or businesses without your consent.
On rare occasions, the University of Pittsburgh may be legally compelled to disclose certain information, such as in response to a subpoena or court order. The ESC will never do so without consultation with the University’s Office of General Counsel.
