THINK TRANSATLANTIC
FOCUS: GERMANY
A total of 25 colleges and universities across the United States are participating in the Think Transatlantic Campus Weeks, which involve a variety of activities during Fall Semester 2012. The EUCE/ESC, with support from the German Embassy in Washington DC, will be sponsoring a mini German Film Festival, two Conversations on Europe focused on Germany, and an Essay Contest.

Essay Contest
The Think Transatlantic Essay contest provides undergraduate students an opportunity to compose a paper on a current subject related to the transatlantic US-German and European partnership. Any topic, from economics to cultural exchanges, contemporary or historical, is welcome as the subject of your essay. Essays should be no more than 2500 words. Papers you are writing for current classes may be submitted. Winners will be notified at the beginning of Spring Term 2013. Download your essay contest form here.
