NAME of ORGANIZATION:
This is the Main Entry for the Database. This is the name of a given organization. The default language is English.

Alternate or Native Name:
Any alternate name that the organization might have or its name in the native language.

Year Founded:
Year the ORG. came into being notwithstanding any name changes occurring.

Address:
This is the MAILING or POSTAL address of the ORG.

Phone:
The main phone number useable to contact the ORG.

Other Phone:
Another number available for use in contacting the ORG

FAX:
The facsimile phone number that is publicly useable to contact the ORG.

Telex:
Telex service number for the ORG.

Cable Address:
Address for sending wires (telegrams) to the ORG.

Mail Address:
Either a central/main electronic mail address for the ORG or the e-mail address for a designated contact person.

Web Address:
The URL (Universal Resource Locator) for the ORG's official website (NOT one where the ORG is referenced)



Purpose:

Number of staff members of the ORG available for speaking engagements.

Speaker Charge:
Fee associated with ORG providing a speaker for a given function.

Speaker Honor.
What the customary honorarium given to speakers of the ORG. is used for.

Speaker Travel Expense:
Whether ORG’s speakers require travel reimbursement.

Speaker Contact Method:
BEST manner for arranging/scheduling a speaker to come from the ORG.

Speaker Contact:
How to contact a speaker of interest within the ORG directly, or alternatively, the co-ordinator for the ORG in arranging speaking engagements.

Acronym:
