No ESPWA has welcomed volunteers since 1996 to assist in the endeavors of organizations working for sustainable communities. ESPWA's current focus is on organic agriculture and assistance to small organic farmers. Volunteers are usually headquartered in the Commonwealth of Dominica. Projects generally last from one to three weeks for short term stays. Longer term projects also available.
