Sample Agreements
Samples of several international agreements are available in Rich Text Format (RTF) by clicking on the links below. Save the file on your hard drive and edit as appropriate. Please note that these sample agreements are intended to provide frequently used language for international agreements -- they do not have to be used in their entirety. Also, while the use of sample agreements will facilitate the drafting of agreements, any agreements still need to be reviewed by counsel. Do not acquire signatures from foreign parties for agreements until the agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the University of Pittsburgh. Since agreements listed below are regularly updated, please download a new copy each time you start working on an agreement.
