"East Asia: A Seminar for Teachers"
In 2013, Dr. David Kenley will lead this content-rich seminar for public and private school teachers of grades K-12, which will explore the history, geography, literature and cultures of China, Japan, and Korea.

- January 28
- February 4, 11, 18, 25
- March 11, 18, 25
- April 8, 15
- There will be two three-hour follow-up sessions during the 2013-14 school year (October 21 & November 18)
Benefits for Teachers who successfully complete the requirements for the 30-hour NCTA Seminars:

In addition to earning Professional Development hours-- 36 hours for PA (Act 48) and NJ teachers-- each participant who completes the course and course requirements will receive the following:
- $300 worth of teaching materials for your school, including course textbook and a one year subscription to the journal Education about Asia
- $300 stipend at the completion of all coursework
- Eligibility to participate in a variety of in-county experiences in East Asia during the summer.
