2012 NCTA Online Seminar

"East Asia: An Online Seminar for Teachers"

Dr. David Kenley will offer this content-rich online seminar for public and private school teachers of grades K-12.  The online seminar will explore the history, geography, literature and cultures of China, Japan, and Korea.  Funding is provided by the Freeman Foundation.

 

Most of the seminar will be online. The first session and the follow-up session will be face-to-face, and will be held at RESA III Offices, 501 22nd Street, Dunbar, WV 25064.

 

Each Monday evening during the seminar, from 8:30-9:30 there will be an opportunity for synchronous discussion with the professor and other class participants.

Seminar Dates in 2012: January 21 – April 21, 2012

The seminar will be online and last for fifteen consecutive weeks between January 21 and April 21. The first and last sessions will be face-to-face and will take place at the
