Odessa Language Study Center (OLSC) was founded in 1995 as a private school teaching Russian, Ukrainian, English, German, Italian and Spanish for students and professionals. They offer 2-, 3- and 4- week courses, and several housing options.

Smart Link Corporation offers a line of multilingual software products, with support for Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian languages. Smart Link also offers a variety of services including consulting for multilingual communications through systems integration, translation and localization services, software tools development and technical support.

SCOLA is a non-profit educational organization transmitting international television programs for educational use via satellite. Programs can also be watched using "Live Video Streaming." (Up to date Real Player Freeware is required). Programming from REES countries includes Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Romania, Russia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia.
