The Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL) is an Internet library and document distributor of articles from cultural and scientific publications from and about Central, Eastern, and South-East Europe. Abstracts can be viewed, but full text must be purchased. Prices are in Euros. Site in English, but many publication titles are in native language, so Extended Latin or Cyrillic support is helpful.
