
Danielle Obisie-Orlu is a sophomore from Maryland, and moved to Johannesburg, South Africa, where she spent her formative and high school years. Danielle is pursuing a Bachelor of Philosophy Degree through a dual major in Political Science and International and Area Studies, and minors in History and French. At Pitt, Danielle serves as the President for the Resident Student Association (RSA), a Global Ties Mentor, and works as a Student Ambassador to the European Studies Center. Danielle has special interests International Affairs, migration, and the issue of xenophobia. Danielle hopes to attend law school after graduating from Pitt and specialize in Public International Law.
