EURO Challenge

EURO Challenge –Euro Challenge is a national competition for cash prizes where 9th and 10th grade high school students test their knowledge and understanding of the European economy and the Euro, the currency shared by many of the 27 countries of the European Union.

On March 11, 2015, Baldwin, North Allegheny, Moon Area, Pittsburgh Allderdice, and Riverview high schools came to the University of Pittsburgh to compete in the EURO Challenge. Pittsburgh Allderdice placed first at the competition, followed by Baldwin and North Allegheny in second and third places. Pittsburgh Allderdice will be heading to New York to compete against other schools in the region. We would like to thank everyone for participating in the EURO Challenge this year!
