The Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh celebrates the global initiatives of senior students addressing problems and opportunities around the world, the CHE GLOBAL DAY 2023. Please join us in sharing the initiatives of students integrating renewal energies in rural areas (Morocco), combating rolling blackouts (West Africa), improving access to clean water (India), addressing deforestation (India), improving water treatment (Pakistan), improving the German Train System (Germany), considering the impact of coal fired plants (Germany), deicing wind turbines (Canada), proposing temperature control in housing (Brazil), promoting water treatment (Brazil), and proposing treatment for potable water (Ecuador). Food and drinks will be provided.
