As increasingly high numbers of international students are attending American institutions of higher education, there is an increasingly high demand to structure academic support services to best meet the needs of diverse student bodies. Providing an overview of some of the best practices and strategies that are in place to facilitate and promote the success of all students enrolled, the focus of this presentation will be on what implementation plans have been used successfully at the University of Pittsburgh.
