The European Union Center of Excellence and European Studies Center is pleased to announce that Alberta Sbragia, Pitt Vice Provost for Graduate Studies, has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the European Union Studies Association!
Dr. Sbragia also serves as a professor of political science, Jean Monnet Chair ad personam, inaugural holder of the Chancellor Mark A. Nordenberg University Chair, and is the former director of Pitt’s European Studies Center and European Union Center for Excellence. The prestigious EUSA Lifetime Achievement Award is honoring Dr. Sbragia for her excellence in scholarship, mentorship, and the promotion of European Union studies.
