The theme for this year's annual interdisciplinary conference is "Beyond Physical Capital: The Role of Human and Social Capital in Indonesia Economic Growth."

This conference will consider a number of important concerns in Indonesia such as the effect of education and health policy on human capital investment and how anti-corruption law, good governance, and market regulations interact with cooperation, trust, and reciprocity. The conference is organized into two main sessions, plenary sessions by invited speakers and parallel sessions by presenter participants.

Four plenary speakers who will be attending include:
Dr Bambang Parmanto (School of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Pittsburgh)
Dr Danet Suryatama (ElectrikCar LLC)
Dr Mauren McClure (School of Education, University of Pittsburgh)
Dr Wimboh Santoso (Executive Director of IMF)

After the close of the conference, there will be an Indonesian cultural event (starting at 6:00 PM on Saturday.)
