The Indian Room Committee and the Nationality Rooms are hosting its annual India Day on Sunday, August 16 This year’s theme is the celebration of Technology, Innovation and Development.

The program is:

11.45 ---Assembly for the Parade at Bigelow Blvd ( Cathedral of Learning).
12 Noon.--- Commencement of the Parade.
Parade route: From Bigelow to Bellefield to Fifth Ave.
1 PM --Hoisting of the Flags- US & INDIA.
followed by two hours of cultural program

Cultural program will include music & dance from various regions of India, food and crafts.
Our main speakers are:
- Dr. Sanjeev Shroff- Distinguished Professor and Gerald Mcginnis Chair at the Swanson School of Engineering
- Dr. Priya Narasimhan- Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University
