Women from all walks of life are invited to participate in an open dialogue about the diversity of women's experiences throughout the Middle East and Iran as seen in the exhibition She Who Tells A Story: Women Photographers from Iran and the Arab World. Be a part of the discussion addressing the differences, commonalities, assumptions, misconceptions, and expectations facing women from Arab regions within the context of traditional values and contemporary society. Join distinguished conversation guides from the University of Pittsburgh: Elaine Linn, Assistant Director for Global Studies and board member of The Islamic Center of Pittsburgh; Dr. Julie Hakim Azzam, Department of English, Soude Dadras, visiting Iranian Arts Scholar, and author Jeanette Jouili, Religious Studies.
