Join Frank Hofmann, visiting senior lecturer at GSPIA, for a lecture on the issues facing EU intelligence services and the fight against terrorism.

Frank Hofmann served for 35 years as an operations officer and senior manager at the CIA. Mr. Hofmann took on numerous assignments in East Asia, Europe, Latin America and at CIA Headquarters. After 9/11, he conducted counterterrorist operations during numerous assignments in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Mr. Hofmann is also an experienced intelligence instructor and university lecturer.
