Solving climate change requires developing and deploying clean technologies -- especially in developing countries. Clean technologies such as renewable energy are appealing on paper, but in practice face many challenges. What are these obstacles? This workshop presents projects of researchers and practitioners from the US and abroad who deal with these questions.
