APAICS (with an S), the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies does a series of 501c3 API candidate trainings every year around the country, and the Governor's Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs would like to bring them to Pittsburgh next year to train up any community members who want to run.
