The Global Health Film Series provides a regular forum for bringing together students, faculty, and others who are interested in emerging issues in global health. Two-hour program includes the featured film, a post-film discussion, and light refreshments.

PLANEAT is the story of three scientists' search for a diet that is good for our health, good for the environment, and good for the future of the planet. Learn more about the link between diet and disease and how our food choices contribute to global warming., land use, and oceanic dead zones.

Despite extended periods of political continuity, Mexico has traditionally been imagined as a space of instability. Mexican philosophers, poets, scholars, and statesmen have long reflected on the idea of Mexico as potential not yet realized, at once utopian and dystopian, an identity always in formation. The ambivalence of this cultural energy is intensified in the US context, where Mexico functions as a key referent in an astounding variety of culture wars.
