Description: A day-long workshop led by Pitt faculty who participated in the Fulbright-Hays Group Projects Abroad program in Senegal, summer 2025. The day explores decolonized approaches to teaching and researching Africa. It includes concurrent breakout sessions, a cultural lunch with African cuisine and a dance performance, closing group reflection, and a film screening.
