CHINA Town Hall is a national day of programming on China involving 70 cities throughout the United States. This year, Dr. Henry A. Kissinger, former Secretary of State, will speak on a live national webcast at 7:00 p.m., followed by a local, in-person appearance Allen Barber, Chief Operating Officer, U.S.-China Cooperative Association of Elected Local Officials. Allen Barber will speak on Cultivating Sister City Partnerships.
