Dr. William Tsutsui, President of Hendrix College in Arkansas, will come to campus during International Week. He will be giving a public talk on “Godzilla on My Mind” and we will follow with a screening of the original Gojira. Dr. Tsutsui is THE expert on the Godzilla movies. He is a Japanese historian (a Japanese-American ethnically).

Back by popular demand, the International Week Committee has invited several of the most popular food trucks in the city to share their innovative and delicious cuisines with you. Cultures from all over the world will be represented by several of the most popular food trucks in the city. Recipes and cuisine are one of the many things that migrant peoples can take with them and can serve as a reminder of that which has been left behind.

The University of Pittsburgh and UAS7 alliance of seven German Universities of Applied Sciences will bring together a range of speakers to address career and study options with German universities and businesses. The theme will be Employability (Made In) Germany (EiG). Our goal is to provide information about career options at German companies in Pennsylvania and beyond, as well as study, internship and research opportunities in Germany for US students.

Through speakers, panelists, and a breakout session, international students will receive valuable career advice and leave feeling prepared to succeed in a global world.
