This is a workshop group of Russian refugee scholars and their US faculty peers sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and administered by American Councils.

In collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh's student-led ModelUN Club, the University Center for International Studies annually convenes a high school Model UN. This simulation of the sessions of the United Nations provides an opportunity for high school students to apply their studies to real-world contexts and practice diplomacy, negotiating, and resolution writing.
