As part of the Greensburg campus Blue & Gold Celebration and the University of Pittsburgh International Week, students, staff, faculty, and alumni are invited to sample coffee from different coffee cultures around the world. In conjunction with the Library, different works of literature will be featured. Breakfast pastries will be available. Students who attend are eligible to be entered into a raffle for a pair of Beats earphones! Stop and grab a cup of coffee to go or stay and relax on the patio!

This event counts as Village Credit for Pitt Greensburg students.

A five-day film festival celebrating Asian and Asian American film. Films will be from a variety of different countries and regions, including Japan, China, Iran, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. The opening reception and film will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6th, with two films every day following until closing night on Sunday, October 10th. Film screenings will be on campus. Tickets are free for Pitt students and faculty, $5 for non-Pitt students, and $10 for general admission. The festival will include conversations with Asian film directors and producers. 

The year 2020 emphasized globalization and the shared experiences of a global pandemic, climate change, and social justice movements in communities across the world. As part of the Year of Engagement, The 20/20 Visions project utilizes art, creativity, and the act of making as methods to communicate thoughts and feelings around these impactful experiences in ways that are inclusive, regardless of linguistic, cultural, or other barriers.

From the comfort of your own room, learn more about the ingredients, design and creation of different sweets. At the end receive a custom treat bag delivered right to your room. For each tour item you collect, you will have the opportunity to receive a Study Abroad Scholarship. This event is open to first-year students, all students in Resident Halls.
