Kelsey Forrest
As Project Manager, Kelsey Forrest manages logistical planning for high-level delegations hosted by the University Center for International Studies (UCIS). In addition to providing white-glove service to UCIS-hosted visitors, Forrest creates and maintains university-wide resources for colleagues hosting their own delegations, traveling abroad, or otherwise engaging with global partners to ensure alignment with global competence standards.
Forrest moved from the New Jersey shore to Western, PA in 2016 to complete her BA in Professional and Technical Writing at Slippery Rock University. Remaining in the Pittsburgh area, Ms. Forrest began her career in marketing and digital content creation before deciding to shift her extensive skillset towards project management and nonprofit work. In addition to her role at Pitt, she also serves as the President of Forrest Animal Sanctuary 501(c)(3) and Project Manager and Event Coordinator of J and J Farms Animal Sanctuary 501(c)(3).
