Leo Di Cesare has over 21 years of combined local and federal law enforcement experience. His work in the federal agencies was with the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Federal Agent. Leo conducted global counter-terrorism missions, was an International Team Leader, Liaison for the Philadelphia Field Office, and Coordinator of the Philadelphia Field Office Critical Incident Response Team.

Leo earned a B.A. degree at the University of Pittsburgh (Criminal Justice-Legal Studies), M.S. Degree at the University of Cincinnati (Humanities/Criminal Justice), and a M.S. Degree at California University of PA (Homeland Security). He also graduated from Indiana University of PA Police Academy in 1995 and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico. Leo teaches Criminal Justice courses at Community College of Allegheny County.
