Mona Wiley

Mona Wiley is a nonprofit leader with experience in grants management, community engagement, and visitor-centered program development. She has worked with organizations including the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, The Andy Warhol Museum, and The Westmoreland Museum of American Art, collaborating with diverse communities and educational institutions to design inclusive, impactful programs.

As an Egyptian American, Mona believes deeply in the power of the arts to give voice, build belonging, and inspire change. Her leadership blends strategy and empathy, with a focus on building partnerships, supporting teams, and creating opportunities that connect people across cultures.
