The program advisors are available to help students with their plans of study and sorting through competing ideas about what might be best for you and your career and to make informed decisions. The advisor can also provide some basic insights about the program and the numerous opportunities it offers. For example, students considering studying abroad in Africa may wish to know which program fits their plan of study and career interests best. They may want to know how to balance course work to ensure they have all the requirements in time. By meeting with an advisor at the beginning of each semester or sometime in the semester students can design a plan of study that works well with their schedules and meets their areas of interest. We encourage our students to schedule an appointment with the advisor.
