The Center for African Studies provides financial, promotional, and logistical support for events and presentations that align with our mission and research priorities. All sponsorship requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, support is not guaranteed. Upon completion of your event, please send us a summary of outcomes and achievements. This is required for internal and external reporting purposes.

NOTE: All funding provided by CAS requires that our Center's support is noted as a co-sponsor in promotional materials and other collateral. Please reach out to our Administrative Coordinator Rys Shultz for logos and standards in accordance with university guidelines.

 

This is required if you are requesting financial support. Please submit an excel sheet listing each expense with an estimated dollar amount. Only include expense items you will apply African Studies funding towards.
Files must be less than 2 MB.

Please list other sources of funding you have received or you are applying for, if applicable.
