Winda serves as Administrative Coordinator for the University of Pittsburgh Center for African Studies, bringing a unique blend of global perspective and multidisciplinary expertise to her role. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from West Virginia University, Morgantown, a Master's degree in Education Management from Pelita Harapan University in Jakarta, Indonesia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Directing from the Jakarta Institute of Arts, Indonesia.
 
With her rich background spanning arts, cultural organizations, and international collaboration, Winda is deeply committed to advancing transformative educational initiatives. Her diverse academic and professional experiences enable her to support the Center's mission of promoting African studies through innovative educational strategies and cross-cultural partnerships.
