She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from West Virginia University, Morgantown, a Master's degree in Education Management from Pelita Harapan University in Jakarta, Indonesia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Directing from the Jakarta Institute of Arts, Indonesia.
