Fellowships in Latin American Archaeology

Latin American Archaeology Fellowships are designed to support outstanding graduate students from Latin America and North America who concentrate on Latin American archaeology in their studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Applicants should have a superior academic record; be admitted to full-time graduate study in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh; and be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English. Fellowships provide full tuition and a monthly stipend for the fall, spring, and summer terms and a monthly book allowance.

Applicants must apply to the Department of Anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh. Fellowship recipients are selected by faculty of the Latin American Archaeology Program.
