Festival Volunteers
Dear CLAS friends,
It’s that time of year again! The Center for Latin American Studies is diligently working to organize the 41st Annual Latin American and Caribbean Festival. Last year, the event was a great success, largely due to the fact that many of you volunteered to help.
This year the festival will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, Wesley W. Posvar Hall – Patio and Galleria, from noon to 10:00 pm, and will feature children’s activities, information, craft and food booths, and performances by local artists.

Help will be needed in setting up, assisting vendors/participants, children activities, and with CLAS’ booths. To volunteer, please respond to the form below stating the times of the day (between 10:00 am to 10:00 p.m.) that you will be available. We will send you more details and a volunteer working schedule closer to the time of the Festival.
