Vinicius Moraes da Cunha is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration and Government at FGV/EAESP and a Visiting Researcher at the Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS) at University of Pittsburgh. He holds a degree in History from USP and has a keen interest in legislative studies and the political economy of agribusiness.
