Carter Smith is majoring in Urban Planning and and Urban Studies. She is also pursuing a certificate in Global Health. Originally from Arlington, Virginia, she loves getting active in the gym and outside. She used to play volleyball and swim, and has traveled to a few places outside the US including Sweden, Switzerland, and Italy!
