PULSE cultivates a community of young servant leaders to transform Pittsburgh. We invite talented university graduates to partner with Pittsburgh nonprofits for a year of service and leadership.  PULSE Fellows serve for a year beginning in August.

As a PULSE fellow, you would serve with a Pittsburgh Nonprofit, live with other fellows in intentional community, and grow as a leader.  Through all our activities, we will equip and develop you to become a young adult to be civic and community leaders with a heart for service.

- SERVE WITH A NONPROFIT – Serve 35 hours/week for a year (August to August) in a Pittsburgh nonprofit connected to your vocational interests and nonprofit staffing needs. Check out our partners for the 2019-2020 program and some of our previous nonprofit partners.

- LIVE IN COMMUNITY – Cultivate community by living together with other fellows and sharing meals, household tasks, finances and learning experiences.

- GROW AS A LEADER – Participate in leadership training and development (orientation, weekly seminars, retreats, mentoring, one-on-one coaching, etc.)
