Michaela is a senior majoring in Linguistics and History with minors in Portuguese and Political Science, and certificates in Latin American Studies and Global Studies. Her interests include language learning, sociolinguistics, and education, and she serves as president of the Luso-Brazilian Student Association (Brazil Nuts) here at Pitt. In her spare time she enjoys reading, trying out new recipes, and exploring new places near and far.
